Paynter Machine Works was founded in 1946 by Julian Paynter, just after completing his service in WWII. Julian took his knowledge and used it to serve the community by starting a machine shop in his garage. Julian’s son, Bill, worked for his father at the shop, learning everything he could about what to do, and how best to do it for the benefit of his customers. Bill took the helm in 1990 to continue the legacy.

Paynter Machine Works serves the automotive industry, defense industries, tool and die, industrial equipment manufacturers, and the agriculture segment.

Under the new ownership and guidance of D&M Holding Company, Paynter Machine Works is more committed than ever to supporting a wide range of industries through unequaled service from project start to continued support.
